Director Roberta Weiner:

I started the Prana Center in Holliston as a safe place to learn, grow and relax. Inspired by the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Lenox, MA, where I received my second yoga certification, my mission is to bring the joy and benefits of Kripalu yoga to friends old and new throughout the region.

Our acting classes are taught in the same safe environment, where students can take risks without fear of ridicule or failure.  Students build their acting skills while increasing their self-esteem, comfort with public speaking and much more.

Nick Morana and I formed Prana Productions (a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation) as a way to bring this philosophy into public view.  Productions are carefully chosen to provide a positive, community-building experience to participants and audiences alike.

Services we offer at Prana:

  • Yoga classes for children, teens and adults

  • Acting classes for children and teens

  •  Private yoga classes

  •  Yoga at your school or company

  •  Custom-designed yoga and acting classes

  •  The opportunity to get involved in our nonprofit theatre group, Prana Productions!

The Prana Center is located at 21 Charles St. in Holliston, Massachusetts.  (below, Prana students participating in Celebrate Holliston)  Email roberta@pranacenter.com
