Dawn Anderson (Nadia Blye) has acted and directed for several area theaters, including Enter Stage Left Theater of Hopkinton, where she is a founding director and the treasurer, Millis Theater Group, Algunkuin Theatre, and Washington Street Players. Originally associated with Prana Productions as a workshop instructor, Dawn has also costumed several shows and co-directed Reviving Ophelia with her daughter. She has acted for Prana in 'Night, Mother (Thelma), Agnes of God (Dr. Livingstone) and will appear as Shirley Valentine for Prana in February. Other notable acting credits include Christine in Bad Seed, Rita in Educating Rita, Melissa in Love Letters, and Ida in the Cemetery Club. Dawn occasionally works professionally in commercial and industrial acting and voice work.

Phil Doherty (Oliver Lucas) has appeared more than a dozen times with ESL Theatre in Hopkinton, including 12 Angry Men, Hello Dolly (Rudolph), Bye Bye Birdie (Albert Peterson), The Bad Seed, Death of a Salesman (Willy Loman), The Diary of Anne Frank (Mr. Van Dann), London Suite and All My Sons.  Originally from Scotland, he now lives in Hopkinton.
 


 

Jonathan Pryor (Philip Lucas) began acting in college and received his Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Stony Brook University in New York where he starred in Spike Heels (Edward), Stop Kiss (George), and Arms and the Man  (Captain Bluntchli). He recently performed in Nuts (Aaron Levinsky) with the Washington Street Players (directed by Dawn Anderson), 12 Angry Men (Juror #8) and Death of a Salesman (Biff Loman) with Enter Stage Left. He will be starring in Enter Stage Left's production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (Randle P McMurphy) this March. He is the father of two young boys, Jake and Derek (5 & 3), and a construction supervisor for a metrowest builder.
 


Joseph Duda (Dennis Dutton) is thrilled to be part of the cast of The Vertical Hour! Joseph was most recently seen at Prana as Patrick Simmons in A Murder is Announced.  Other Prana credits: Newman Noggs in The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby, The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow (Ichabod Crane) and  John Proctor in The Crucible. Joseph recently graduated from Holliston High School and is doing an internship at The Mansfield Music and Arts Society. Joseph was student director for Prana's production of Winnie-The Pooh and A Christmas Carol.  Joseph would like to thank his family and friends for all of their support. Rachel Pollinger (Terri Scholes) is a senior at Holliston High School. This is her 18th show being on stage with Prana! She most recently appeared in A Murder is Announced as Mrs. Swettenham.  She made a brief appearance in Nicholas Nickleby as the Infant Phenomenon as well as The Front Page as Schwartz and Mrs. Grant. Prior to that she was in Reviving Ophelia as Jill's Mom, Zack's Mom, and Principal #2 and 4. Her favorite role with Prana is older Anne in The Diary of Anne Frank. At Holliston High School, Rachel recently appeared as Sister Sophia in The Sound of Music and as Mrs. Grant in Teach Me How to Cry. Rachel has also choreographed for the past two years of Prana summer camps, as well as for Prana's Cinderella, Topsy-Turvy!, and School Dazed!. Rachel is extremely happy to be a part of The Vertical Hour and wishes to tell the cast to break a leg!
